Sit in front of the computer all day?

Eat Wise Be Healthy
1. Start with exercise. A healthy diet is built on a base of regular exercise.
2. Focus on food, not grams. The Healthy Eating Pyramid doesn’t worry about specific servings or grams of food, so neither should you.

  1. Did you know that one of the most recent updates to the food pyramid includes movement/exercise as one of the levels of the pyramid?

  2. Juniper,
You are right, I can't aggree more. It's a good idea to include exercise to the food pyramid to remind everybody the importance of exercise. We all know exercise can produce Endorphins, the natural pain and stress fighters, and thus makes one feel cheerful. So,
    No excuses, get started,Exercise!
    Be active!

  3. I hate to exercise but I have to do it. The main benefit is that it helps me feel more relaxed. I have started to practice yoga, once a week only. But we should all do something.
